Roasted Stabilized Burl Big Leaf Maple Knife scales/ 1911 Grips RM52

Both scales measures 2.02" Wide, 5.0" Long, and is .437" Thick +/- 1/64" on sizes

This is a nice book match set of Roasted and Stabilized Big Leaf Maple Burl knife scales. These can be used for grips ,knife handles and more. These were oven roasted for 24 hours at 200 degrees, then stabilized using a vacuum process. These were stabilized without colors giving them their natural look. They are very solid, stable blanks ready for use.

All my custom stabilized scales and blocks are one of a kind and have awesome figure. This set has been sprayed with lacquer to show figure.

As with any burl wood these may contain checks and voids that may require fillers and a finishing touches by the artist. They are inspected for quality and ready for use. If there are any issues with the product you receive feel free to reach out and I'll immediately respond to help.
